Structure of customized denim buttons
Denim buttons usually consist of two main parts: the button cap (top) and the rivet or stud (bottom).
Button Cap
The metal cap of the button is usually mounted on the surface of the garment, and many denim brands will customize the surface with logo or pattern to show the brand's personality. Kunshuo offers customized shapes, sizes, colors and surfaces to meet different styles of branding needs.
Rivet / Nail
The Rivet or Nail of denim buttons is suitable for linking cap to fasten to the fabric. Usually made of hardened steel or aluminum, they are available in flat or pointed. Usually hidden on the back of the fabric.

By Structure
- Swing Type: Special parts are installed between the cap and rivet, which enables the cap to swing flexibly after it is installed.
- Fixed type: with a fixed center pin (datapin), it can firmly lock the cap to the back cover without wobbling.
- Solid type: common cowboy button shape, composed of cap and rivet, the surface of cap is solid, can be customized shape and pattern, installed by pressing in, good firmness.
- Hollow type: hollow in the center, shaped like a donut, also called Donut Buttons, commonly used in vintage style jeans or workwear.
