What is the minimum order(MOQ)?
Always our MOQ is 1000 pcs. Different products have different MOQ,it still depends on what you need. Contact us , tell us which product you need. Then our product expert will tell you the details.
Can I get the sample?
The sample charge depends on the type of goods. If the similar product you needed is in stock, we provide free sample to you,and you need to pay for the freight.
Can you do any shape?
Different products can be made in different shapes. Contact us , tell us what product you need. Then our product expert can check if it can be made into any shape, thank you.
What kind of file format do you need for design?
We need vector graphic file but not bitmap file. vector graphic file has to be PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, and the design must be still clear even after infinitely enlarge, no the phenomena of mosaic.
What is your delivery policy?
Usually, we need 100% payment before production. At least 70% before production, then 30% before shipping.
Can you help making design if I do not have artwork?
After place order, we will make you design for free; If you want to make design in advance, there will have design fee, but will return back after you place order.

We cooperat with more than 5,000 brands worldwide include many well-known brands, but we cannot publish their names because of confidential agreements.

How do I get a Quote/Sample?
First of all, we need to discuss with each other the material, color, size, quantity, and technics of the product.
And then I can offer you an accurate price based on this information. For samples, if you want a sample without your logo, we will give you our existing styles for free. You only need to pay the shipping fee.
How quickly could I order some? I am on a tight deadline.
We have one-to-one sales person to talk with you, within one day, your products can be in production.And within 3-14 days,your product is ready to deliver.
What's the delivery time?
Production time of the most products is 3-14 business days.
What's the shipping time?
1.By sea.
It is cheapest option, suitable for goods with large weight and volume. Shipping time is 1 month around.
2.By express.
DHL / TNT / UPS / FEDEX / EMS/ARAMEX, which would takes a week around, suitable for small quantity goods. The freight charge we offer is 30~60% discount of the official price.
3.By air freight.
Shipping time is 7-10days. It is cheaper than by express, and time is less than by sea.

Do you keep designs on file so I could order more (exactly the same) in the future?
Yes, we keep all your design files on our system for the record, so good for you to reorder the same labels in the future.

No problem, we can make invoice according to proforma invoice.
If the goods were not satisfied, can the payment be returned back?
It depends on what caused the problem. If we have not made the goods as your requested size, color, techniques, or confirmed design. We can re-make the goods, or returned the payment, or negotiate solutions. Such as giving some discount, etc. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the problem. But we can give you some discount for re-making the goods to reduce your losses.
Is there a return policy?
If there is a quality problem, we can re-make products freely, or return all your money back.
